This class serves to provide a great work out to individuals who’ve already had 6 – 12 months experience with high intensity exercise. Advanced CrossFit is a fantastic way to incorporate all the components of fitness while maintaining a safe environment for technique and form correction.
Similar to the Intro. CrossFit class, we have the same 3- and 4-day / week options. The difference between Intro and Advanced are the scaled movements prescribed during the class.
Options for 3 days/week and 4 days/week are as follows:
The 3 days a week for those wanting to focus a little more on the high-intensity side and less on the big lifts. 3 days a week will have two days with focus on the metabolic conditioning activity and 1 day with the main focus on strength training!
The 4 days a week option is preferred for those wanting to develop in both strength and stamina equally. Two days with a heavy focus on metabolic conditioning and two days with the main focus being strength training!
Class times are:
– Monday – Thursday from 5:45 – 6:45 PM
– Saturday mornings from 9 – 10 AM
– Tuesday / Thursday from 5:30 – 6:30 AM (beginning Nov. 2017)
