Saturday Community WOD
For those of us at Pure Health Performance, fitness is more than just an expensive hobby, it’s a right that should be available to anyone who wants to pursue it. That’s why we’re open every Saturday at 9:15AM for a FREE community workout. These metcons can be scaled for all fitness levels and are a great time to start a new fitness regimen, test out our programming, or spend time with the Pure Health community!
Women’s Wine & WOD
Oh, yes, it’s ladies’ night! Once a month, Pure Health Performance wants to celebrate the strong women in our community by supporting a FREE Women’s Wine & WOD. Open to all fitness levels, we encourage all the Bartlesville ladies to grab a bottle and a friend and come join us for a Workout Of the Day!
Starting Sept. 5th, PHP will be offering a Baby Bootcamp for new moms every Tuesday/Thursday from 9:30AM to 10:30AM.
This class will focus on the weak areas that develop during pregnancy, such as core strength, upper and lower body strength, and coordination as well as metabolic conditioning activities for those who want to drop a little extra baby weight. So bring your baby and come get your training on!
Bros & Brews
A FREE monthly, heavy training day for the gents hosted by Pure Health Performance and open to all fitness levels. Think “boys night out,” except this bar has weight on it!
