Weight Lifting

The Weight Lifting class is for aspiring weight lifters ready to refine their technique in the snatch, clean, and jerk (and variations of each). This program operates under Pure Health Barbell and runs 1.5 – 2 hours long and puts emphasis on technique and speed under the bar. We wrap up with pulling, squatting, and pressing variations to become more comfortable in our pulls, leg strength, and overhead abilities.

Class times are Tuesday / Thursday any time between 4:15PM – 8PM and Saturdays from 10AM – 12PM.
