While his attitude and aesthetic may be lighthearted and easy going, Daniel takes his commitment to training and PHP very seriously. Through his coaching and programming, his athletes have taken state and American records and graced the National stage year after year. He strives to be the best possible coach, always seeking knowledge from different facets and sources to overcome the imbalances and plateaus of his many athletes, allowing them to reach their own individual goals.

Dr. Jeremiah Williams

When PHP decided to take a scientific, evidence based approach to programming and performance, this was the man behind the mission. In his spare time between his chiropractic clients, he is researching and keeping up-to-date on the ins and outs of the current sports science community. He also is the go-to guy when it comes to rehab, injury treatment, and mobility.

Britney Feickert

Britney graduated from Oklahoma a Wesleyan University in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Recreational Leadership. She was able to continue her softball career there as well as fulfill her passion of health and fitness through strength and conditioning.

Brandon Willis

A collegiate athlete and assistant soccer coach, Brandon’s passion for sport and performance made him a great fit for the PHP family. Originally from England, Brandon graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan with an MBA, where he continues to serve as their Fitness Facility Manager. His passion and focus are on training for performance, which he brings to the PHP Youth Athletics program!

Anna Southerland

Following a collegiate softball career that resulted in injury, Anna joined PHP in January of 2019. With a long-term goal of becoming a physical therapist, she is focused on the importance of strong fundamental movements that can reduce the risk of/improve existing injury. She currently works with our youth athletes, developing their body awareness, balance, and strength for a lifetime of sports and activities.

Kaleigh West

Yogi and triathlete-turned-weightlifter, Kaleigh’s passion is for the evolution and self discovery that comes with hard work in the gym. A mother and 9 – 5 IT Analyst, Kaleigh spends her spare time assisting with #PHP however she can, serving as de facto IT and website support. Through working with top level coaches to rehab her own disc injuries (and avoid surgery) she has learned much of what is needed to help athletes learn to mobilize, strengthen, and endure the rehab process, ultimately getting them back to sport and activity much quicker.
