With over ten years of experience spanning from Globo-gym to sports performance, from youth to special populations, Daniel West has lain the foundation upon which Pure Health Performance was built. Dozens of state and national record holders have trained under his guidance, inspired by his firm belief in balancing a committed training regimen with love of sport and overall life quality.

Britney Feickert

Britney’s passion for strength, conditioning, and coaching translate into every facet of her life. A collegiate softball athlete, her love for movement and sport blossomed into a career helping others identify and accomplish their development goals. With over hundreds of success stories in just a few short years, Britney’s proven methods have allowed her clients to benefit from increases in strength, esteem, and overall wellness.

Xander Parsons

Growing up a multi-sport athlete, Xanders’ passion and love for competition started long before he ever touched a barbell! In just a few short years at Pure Health, through hard work and dedication Xander has climbed his way from just a local weightlifter to being one of the best in his age and weight class, winning several silver place medals at national level events!

With his time commitment to our program and having a love and passion for fitness, he was easily the best choice to continue to pour into our next round of Youth athletes and Performance Elite members!

The entire Pure Health family benefits from the behind-the-scenes labors of Dr. Jeremiah Williams. Between his own athletic pursuits, his three teenage daughters, and his chiropractic practice, Jeremiah still manages to make sure that we have one of the highest quality performance facilities in the region.

Brandon Willis

A collegiate athlete and assistant soccer coach, Brandon’s passion for sport and performance made him a great fit for our Pure Health family. Originally from England, Brandon graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan with an MBA, where he continues to serve as their Fitness Facility Manager. His passion and focus are on training for performance, which he brings to out Pure Health Youth Athletics program!

Kaleigh West

Yogi and triathlete-turned-weightlifter, Kaleigh’s passion is for the evolution and self discovery that comes with hard work in the gym. A mother and 9 – 5 IT Analyst, Kaleigh spends her spare time assisting with #PHP however she can, serving as de facto IT and website support. Through working with top level coaches to rehab her own disc injuries (and avoid surgery) she has learned much of what is needed to help athletes learn to mobilize, strengthen, and endure the rehab process, ultimately getting them back to sport and activity much quicker.

Anna Southerland

Following a collegiate softball career that resulted in injury, Anna joined Pure Health in January of 2019. With a long-term goal of becoming a physical therapist, she is focused on the importance of strong fundamental movements that can reduce the risk of/improve existing injury. She currently works with us developing our youth athlete and bodyweight programs, with the goal of creating a fun, safe workout experience!
