At Pure Health Performance we pride ourselves on our “do it like we do” mentality, which means that our coaches follow what they preach (and that we are on that struggle bus with you–sometimes driving it).

So let us introduce you to the people that keep this place up and running:

Through his coaching and programming, his athletes have taken state and American records and graced the National stage year after year. He strives to be the best possible coach, always seeking knowledge from different facets and sources to overcome the imbalances and plateaus of his many athletes, allowing them to reach their own individual goals.

In his spare time between his chiropractic clients, he is researching and keeping up-to-date on the ins and outs of the current sports science community. He also is the go-to guy when it comes to rehab, injury treatment, and mobility.

His passion and focus are on training for performance, which he brings to the PHP Youth Athletics program!

Anna Southerland

Keep your eyes peeled for updates–she’s got several certs coming soon 😉
